Payment via PayPal
All goods ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day using Post office 2nd class parcel or packet post (unless you have requested otherwise). The anticipated delivery time will be three to five working days excluding weekends and bank holidays.
All orders received after 3pm Friday will be despatched on the following Monday subject to any bank holidays. Other delivery options are available.
All goods can be returned unused for a no quibble refund excluding delivery cost, all costs of returning product to be met by the customer. If you experience a problem with the goods supplied and they are in a used state please contact us for refund details.
Payment via Cheque/Money Order
Please add an extra 7 days for payment to clear. Once payment has cleared we will despatch goods and send email notification.
